Finished Projects

Here are a few of our many completed projects

Shakopee Kitchen Remodel

This home had a large formal dining room at the front of the house, a small and cramped kitchen in the back and a long entryway that wasted a lot of space. We removed a coat closet and several walls, built a new wall to create a front sitting room and built a larger, gorgeous new kitchen with an island, pantry and informal dining room. We included under-cabinet LED lighting, hand-scraped floating shelves, a classy hand-made style backsplash and Cambria counter tops. The new railings and coat hooks on the built-in entryway bench coordinate well with the iron elements in the new lighting. The entire project came together beautifully! Chanhassen Basement

This family's unfinished basement was a great opportunity to add living space, but there were several challenges to making it feel well-designed. Multiple beams, ducts and pipes that couldn't be moved needed to be dealt with while also creating some division without blocking natural light. We built the family room to include a tray ceiling that's lighted to add elegance. There is a custom wet bar with granite counter top, stylish shelving and a wine rack, and built-ins for television components and room for a 65" television! The guest bedroom doubles as a workout room and the 3/4 bathroom has a modern tiled shower and floor. With over 1400 square feet of new living space, this family has plenty of room to entertain and enjoy themselves.

Chaska Basement Remodel

An unfinished basement was the perfect opportunity to add living space to this Chaska home. We built a new comfortable family room with a gas fireplace, a wet bar with granite counters and custom gray shaker cabinets, and built-in bookshelves for extra storage on each side of the fireplace with a custom mantel and mosaic tile. We removed a wall and added an oak and iron railing to match the main-level railings and open the stairway. The guest bedroom has ample closet space and feels bright and welcoming with its large egress window. The guest bathroom has a custom tiled shower with a niche and semi-custom glass enclosure, and a luxurious heated tile floor. The family has had many guest and gatherings since we completed the project and everyone has loved the new space!

Minneapolis Condo RenovatioN

Our renovation of this Minneapolis condo is our third project for the owners. This project included removing a wall, electrical and mechanical revisions, new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, and a whole new kitchen with custom cabinets, Cambria quartz counters, a ceramic subway tile backsplash, painting and trim work. The results are modern but still warm, comfortable and inviting.

Prior Lake Renovation

The main level of this home had been largely demolished years ago. We finished demolition and clean-up, then set to work renovating the space so the owners could move in. We removed 4 of the 6 columns in the kitchen, added a bedroom where an outdated office had been, and added a kitchen pantry. We replaced the majority of the plumbing throughout the house, installed new wood-look flooring, custom painted cabinets and granite counter tops, and new 5-panel doors with new trim throughout and a custom iron stair railing. We refinished the badly damaged windows and installed a new front door, as well as many other needed repairs. The new space is beautiful and ready for years of family enjoyment!
